Should play have to be suspended or cancelled by any event outside the control of the Tournament Committee (for example adverse weather) the Committee will make the final decision regarding revision of play or awarding of prizes. The draw will be posted at the participating Clubs and on the Tournament website a minimum of seven days before the Tournament. Tee times may be subject to change at short notice. The Tournament Director will endeavour where possible to fulfil requests for specific rest days and tee times however this cannot be guaranteed.
